My burger recipe (ingredients based on 1lb of meat): – 1lb 80/20 Ground Chuck – 1 large egg – 1/4 cup Italian Style Panko Bread Crumbs – 1 tsp. black pepper – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/4 tsp garlic powder **Burger can be topped with bacon for an extra special experience!!
