Best Steaks For Pan Frying

When you are cooking steak at home, the most important thing you should remember is to cook it as quickly as possible. To achieve the best results, cook it in a hot frying pan for about a minute on each side, depending on how rare you like your steak. To make the process easier, you can use a non-stick frying pan, and avoid using plastic or aluminum to cook the meat. Be sure to use a metal spoon to baste the steak with the butter.

Before cooking, make sure the steak is room temperature, and use a good quality oil. Do not turn the meat while it is cooking, as this will reduce the temperature of the pan and prevent the desired colouring. Do not overcrowd the pan, as the heat needs to remain. For a better result, do not leave the meat in the marinade for more than 4 hours. After the meat is cooked, drain it on paper towels.

To achieve the best result, season the steak thoroughly before frying it. It is best to season the meat the day before cooking it. This will prevent the steak from developing a crust. Keep in mind that time is of the essence when frying steak. It is best to use a heavy frying pan and high heat. This will help you achieve a nice crust and retain its moisture. If you have leftover steak, you can store it in the refrigerator or freeze it depending on its thickness.

The final step is to add a flavored compound butter. You can either brush the butter onto the steak while it is still in the pan or do it right before serving it. For a perfect medium-rare steak, do not forget to flip the steak when it is halfway done. Then, let it rest for 5 minutes. The meat should be well-browned on the outside and medium-rare on the inside. To ensure the best results, try these steps:

The best way to fry steak is to heat it on high heat. When it is already hot, you can lower the heat to cook it slowly and evenly. Then, add the spices and cook the steak until it is done. It should be brown on both sides. Then, you can reduce the heat and serve the steak. It is important to remember that cooking steak requires some oil or butter. This is what will keep the meat moist while cooking.

While cooking steak in a pan, you should make sure to keep the steak well-seasoned. Ideally, the steak should be seared in a pan with a heavy base. It should be seared on all sides. Whether you choose to cook it rare or medium-rare, it should be seasoned with salt and pepper. Once the steak has been seared, apply a layer of oil on both sides to prevent it from sticking.
