BBQ Steak Tips

You just got your box and don't want to wait to defrost? We've got you covered! Our ButcherBox Cooking from Frozen series continues with the perfect BBQ steak tips!

1. Preheat pan to medium heat
2. Preheat oven to 325
3. Pat your steak drips dry to prepare for searing
4. Season with salt and pepper and some of your favorite spices
5. Add oil to pan (olive or avocado oil work great)
6. Sear on 1 side for 2.5 mins
7. Flip and sear on other side for 2.5 min
8. Add bbq sauce of your choice and sautee for 2-3 minutes
9. Rest before serving and enjoy!
